Webflow

We have used Webflow to develop this website. Webflow is a product provided by Webflow, Inc., located at 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103.

Webflow operates as a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that enables designers to build responsive websites using a browser-based visual editor. Webflow automatically generates HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It is also possible to export the website code and host it independently of Webflow's infrastructure.

In connection with the use of Webflow, personal data may be transferred to the United States, where it is processed. On July 10, 2023, the European Commission issued an adequacy decision under Article 45(1) of the GDPR, recognizing the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Based on this decision, data processors may transfer personal data to certified companies in the U.S. without the need for additional safeguards, supplementary measures, or specific derogations. The U.S. Department of Commerce maintains a list of companies that have self-certified under this framework. Webflow is certified and listed here. For more information, please visit: https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/s/

To ensure the processing of personal data is in line with data protection laws, we have entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Webflow, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, including the use of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

The legal basis for processing personal data in connection with Webflow is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
