After several years of expansion, organizational adaptions will
now be carried out, and the group will be divided into four
business areas.
Mørenot AS is divided into three business
areas, and Mørenot Dyrkorn AS will be retained as the fourth. All
group companies will be organized in one of the group's four
divisions, with Mørenot Holding AS as the parent company. This
change is being implemented to pave the way for further growth and
development of the group
Mørenot Fishery primarily
operates in the purse seine and
trawling segments, which have
been cornerstones in the
development of the group. We offer
close contact along the whole
coast and are known for
high quality and superior
service. Our primary
markets are Norway and the
North Sea basin, Russia and
the United States. We supply
first-class fishing gear
for excellent fishing
and profitable and busy
seasons.
Mørenot
Aquaculture produces
netting in nylon
and Dyneema®, and
delivers customized moorings,
delousing tarps, anti bird nets, dead fish bags
and other ancillary items to the
fish farms.
We offer service
with a sink, repair and
coating or impregnation.
We have a strong focus
on product development, which among
other harresultert the database
MMCD, an important
tool for the fish farmer to operate their
sites.
Mørenot
Offshore has extensive
experience and is well established
as a supplier of equipment for the
global marine seismic
industry. In recent years, we
have made significant invested heavily
in product development and
increased expertise in design
and advanced calculations.
Our increasing engagement in the
field of deflector technology has
contributed to our involvment
in new groundbreaking
technologies.
Mørenot Dyrkorn
is a leading international supplier
of longlines and hooks
to the marine, coastal
and deep-sea fishing industry.
We are also the main supplier
of all types of yarn
used in Norwegian waters. We also
suppliy tarps for fish and
crabs. Workwear, floats, gaffs, knives
and other equipment for
most fisheries is also part of our
sortiment.
