MøreNot Egersund AS (former Nordsjønot AS) is a modern net- and
trawl workshop, in the forefront with regards to development
and improvement of fishing gear.
Trawls: The company offers all types of trawls
for industrial fishing, prawn fishing, cray fishing, capelin and
mackerel fishing as well as blue whiting fishing. The sand eel
trawls from MøreNot Egersund have been a market leader for
many years.
Nets: The company has a long tradition in the
production and maintenance of capelin, mackerel and blue whiting
fish nets. A large and well-stocked storage facility for netting
enables us to repair all types of damages to nets, quickly and
effectively.
Storage and handling: MøreNot Egersund AS has
15 storage silos of 120m³, 1,800 m² floor area and a
large quay area. This enables storage and handling from even
the largest trawlers and purse seiners.
