MøreNot AS works actively with HSE, internal control routines and quality assurance, in order to achieve the company's ambitious goals within health, safety, environment and quality issues.

Great emphasis is placed on good procedures and routines, as both HSE and QA are important management tools at leadership level today.  

We will also ensure that:

• all employees receive necessary training
• deviation causes are corrected to prevent recurrence
• every leader is awarded the necessary responsibility and authority to implement and follow up the requirements that are given, internally and through laws and regulations

The HSE system documents the company's internal control systems to public authorities, and is simultaneously a work plan for the company's management and employees at all levels.

Certifications

MøreNot AS is certified by Norsk Sertifisering AS according to ISO 9001:2008 and NS 9415. The company's internal control and quality assurance systems are closely connected.

Revision and update
Practices and procedures support the then-current conditions, and must therefore be subject to continuous updating of its internal and external audits.

The employees are an important resource that are stimulated to take responsibility and make suggestions for improvements.
